1. Definitions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 1111dd platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the service in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this website.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of 1111dd following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Electronic Agreement

You acknowledge that by ticking the acceptance checkbox during account registration, you are entering into a legally binding electronic agreement with 1111dd. This electronic acceptance carries the same legal force as a handwritten signature under applicable electronic commerce principles.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are not accessing the platform on behalf of any third party, company, or entity.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme — whether administered by 1111dd or a third-party body — that would prohibit you from gambling online.
• You are acting in your own personal capacity and for entertainment purposes only.

Age Verification

1111dd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage — including prior to first withdrawal, upon detection of anomalous account activity, or at random. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 1111dd will result in account suspension.

4. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 1111dd platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. 1111dd is not responsible for losses, missed communications, or withheld withdrawals resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 1111dd will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for maximum account protection — this is strongly recommended and available at no cost.
• Use a unique, strong password that you do not use on any other website or service.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact 1111dd support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

1111dd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and BTC. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (or equivalent in supported cryptocurrency). All deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation. 1111dd does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or accepting deposits from a third party into your account, is strictly prohibited. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may be required to do so before a withdrawal is processed. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad: 5–30 minutes during BST peak hours (08:00–00:00 BST).
• Rocket / Upay: Up to 2 hours during standard operating hours.
• USDT / BTC: Network confirmation dependent; typically under 30 minutes after 1111dd approval.
• Dutch-Bangla Bank / City Bank / BRAC Bank / Islami Bank / Sonali Bank: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 or equivalent in cryptocurrency. 1111dd reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 or equivalent per transaction. 1111dd does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; network fees for crypto withdrawals are borne by the player.

Refused or Reversed Transactions

1111dd reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit or withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, violation of these Terms, or technical error. In such cases, 1111dd will notify the player and may request additional documentation. Funds subject to a hold will not accrue interest during the review period.

6. Bonus & Promotions Policy

1111dd offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by 1111dd are subject to wagering requirements before they — or winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is clearly stated on each individual promotion page before you claim the offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; unused or partially-wagered bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement clearance. The following general contribution rates apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Slots (most titles): 100% contribution per ৳1 wagered.
• Crash games (Aviator, JetX, etc.): 100% contribution.
• Live casino — baccarat, roulette, blackjack: 10% contribution.
• Live casino — teen patti, andar bahar: 10% contribution.
• Sports betting (pre-match): 100% contribution on qualifying markets.
• Sports betting (live in-play): 50% contribution.
• Table games (RNG versions): 20% contribution.

Bonus Abuse

1111dd operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Practices that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using mathematical hedging strategies to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, exploiting technical errors or system glitches, and coordinating with other players to manipulate promotion outcomes. Where bonus abuse is detected, 1111dd reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel related winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 1111dd platform — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, slot games, or crash games — are final once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for verifying that your intended bet has been placed correctly before confirmation. 1111dd does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error.

Sports Betting

1111dd offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, Bangladesh Tigers series), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet slip has been accepted and a reference number issued, the odds are locked for that bet. In-play bets are accepted at the sole discretion of 1111dd's trading team.

In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed for more than 24 hours (BST), or declared void by the relevant sporting authority (BPL board, BCCI, ICC, FIFA, etc.), all related single bets will be voided and stakes returned. Accumulator bets containing a voided selection will be settled at reduced odds calculated without the voided leg.

Casino & Live Casino

Game results for all RNG-based games (slots, table games) are determined by certified random number generation algorithms. Live casino results are determined in real time by the respective studio's live dealer or automated wheel/card shoe. 1111dd does not intervene in or alter any game outcome after the round commences. In the event of a game round disconnection, the outcome will be determined by the result recorded on the game provider's server, not the player's local device.

Maximum Win Limits

1111dd may impose maximum win limits per game session, per day, or per transaction. Where applicable, maximum win limits are displayed on the relevant game or promotion page. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum win cap may be adjusted to the cap amount at 1111dd's sole discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 1111dd platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of money laundering through the platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any software designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 1111dd staff or other players through any platform communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other geo-masking technology.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the platform through your payment provider.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure

You may request the voluntary closure of your 1111dd account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. Before a voluntary closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be settled and your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate self-exclusion directly from their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of 1 week to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Reactivation requests submitted before the end of a self-exclusion period will not be processed. For a permanent self-exclusion, a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days applies before any reactivation request will be considered.

1111dd-Initiated Closure

1111dd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A player is found to have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• A player's account is identified as posing a fraud, money laundering, or legal compliance risk.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• 1111dd is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.

In cases of 1111dd-initiated closure for cause, 1111dd reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Balances linked to fraudulent activity will be forfeited permanently.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1111dd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss.

1111dd does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from malware or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical outages, or force majeure events — including natural disasters, governmental actions, or telecommunications failures — may affect platform availability. 1111dd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

1111dd is not responsible for:

• Any losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end during an active game or betting session.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment provider processing (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or cryptocurrency networks).
• Decisions made by sporting authorities (e.g., BPL board, ICC, BCCI) that affect bet settlement.
• Changes in applicable law that affect a player's ability to access or use the platform.
• Inaccuracies in live match data sourced from third-party data feeds.

11. Amendments to These Terms

1111dd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. When material changes are made, 1111dd will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via the contact information on file (including platform notification banners or email).

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any update is posted constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the changes where possible.

Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not materially affect player rights or obligations — may be made without specific notification. Only changes that materially affect your rights, obligations, or financial interests will be subject to advance notification.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the 1111dd platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of applicable international online gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1111dd is registered and operated.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to your account, a transaction, or the settlement of a bet, you should first contact 1111dd's customer support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Our support team aims to resolve all account-level disputes within 72 hours of initial contact during BST business hours. Please provide your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant transaction references when submitting a dispute.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct contact with 1111dd support, you may escalate the matter in writing to our compliance team. 1111dd will provide a final written decision within 14 calendar days of receiving a formal escalation. 1111dd's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus interpretations, and account status shall be final and binding, except where manifestly incorrect due to system error.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original.
